Feasibility studies are generally commissioned on larger projects or where there may be a need to demonstrate or prove the outputs proposed by the project. This work allows all interested parties to clearly see all aspects of a project proposal and e ultimately how feasible the proposals are, allowing stakeholders the chance to influence, contribute or comment on the proposals at an early stage in the projects development. A feasibility study (or option appraisals on smaller projects) will provide an independent view on: the viability of a project, details of the proposals, technical details, maps & drawings, funding & finance, costings, economic impacts, environmental impacts, community benefits, business model, management model etc...
We produced our first MTB feasibility study in 2005, since then we have produced over 23 feasibility studies on subjects which include mountain bike trail systems, national trail centres, shared use paths, national walking trails and all ability routes
