Machynlleth Safer Routes To School Scheme

Commissioned by Ecodyfi and Powys County Council, this consultation commission focused on identifying potential routes and infrastructure improvement proposals, in the market town of Machynlleth in Mid Wales. The main objective of the scheme being to make it safer and more attractive to walk and cycle to school.

Survey work using workshops and questionnaires with the students and teachers at Ysgol Bro Dyfi provided the scheme with preferred new routes and evidence of demand.
