WALES OFFICIAL TOUR GUIDES ASSOCIATION (WOTGA) DIGITAL COMMUNITIES FEASIBILITY STUDY
Partnered by Black Bear Tourism Services, we were commissioned to carry out a feasibility study, researching the development of a sustainable digital community for the Wales Official Tour Guides Association.
This commission came about after our successful completion of the MTB Digital Communities Project. Using our experience from the MTB project we were able to share the knowledge, lessons and experience gained. We delivered a comprehensive report that became the key document in WOTGA successfully applying for E4G Digital Marketing Fund and subsequently commissioning their own extensive fully commercial tour guiding and members web site.
