Commissioned by Cyfle Ffestiniog (now Antur Stiniog) a local regeneration partnership. The report researched and examined the potential economic benefits of developing an MTB downhill course on the Tanygrisiau site near Blaenau Ffestiniog in North Wales. The report included:
