COED Y BRENIN MTB TRAIL UPGRADE
New black graded trail design upgrades for MTB trail section False Teeth, at the iconic MTB trail centre Coed y Brenin, North Wales. The lower section required extensive remedial maintenance work and so the client took the opportunity to give it a full modern upgrade. The upper field section was a new design proposal for the upper section of the trail. The work included:
- User consultation
- Consultation with statutory bodies
- Design drawings and construction specifications
- Design stage, design risk assessments and method statements
- On site setting out
- Prepared all construction procurement documents
- Design supervision and CDM-C role during the construction phase
