Consultations are a way of seeking to obtain input from the public, a community, or any interested party or stakeholder on matters that may affect them. Mostly used on larger scaled proposals i.e. for a new walking trail, mountain bike trail, visitor centre, a new car park, building or structure.

Community appraisals are a version of consultation where a specific community or group are asked for input on a particular proposal that may affect them.

We have managed over 30 public consultation events, 5 appraisals and over 100 land owner consultations or negotiations. Added to this numerous consultation or design workshops, drop in sessions, presentations to access forums and planning committees.
